Get away from everyday work, into relaxed togetherness around an open fire. Whether flatbread, lasagna or campfire crepes — it's not just the result that counts here, but the shared experience. The perfect opportunity for good conversations, new perspectives and lots of enjoyment.

How does this experience take place?

A moving day — sample process:

  • 09:30: Welcome & introduction
  • 10:00 a.m.: “Campfire Kitchen” module — Communication, Creativity, Responsibility
  • 12:00: Lunch break and dinner together!
  • 13:00: Election workshop:
    • Archery: Focus, Balance, Intuition
    • Back to basics: experience nature, overcome challenges together
  • 3:30 p.m.: Coffee & cake (not included)
  • 16:00: Reflection & transfer into everyday life
  • 16:30: Conclusion & farewell

Who is it suitable for

For over 25 years, we have been successfully applying our experience in teamwork to companies. Our individually tailored team days strengthen cooperation, motivation and personal development.

Together with you, we develop tailor-made programs that are tailored to the needs of your team — which can be flexibly combined, both indoors and outdoors. The focus is on team dynamics, communication and positive cooperation.

The exact venue depends on the size of the group, the time of year and the main content. Some modules can only be implemented outside the city, others can take place directly on site.
We generally recommend 1-2 modules per day. We would be happy to discuss the exact layout and weighting of the content individually after booking.

What is included?
  • Planning, organization, preparation and execution of the team day by N.E.W.
  • An exciting program in consultation with you, e.g. team tasks, cooperation games or experiential education modules
  • 2 N.e.W trainers are on site the whole time
  • Material for all activities, e.g. team tasks, archery, workshops by N.E.W.
  • Support for the preparation phase through email contact with the group, arrangements, packing list, etc.
  • Our team days usually take place outside — preferably at beautiful locations in nature.

Food, drinks and coffee & cake are not included in the base price, but can be added upon request.

Since we do not have extensive outdoor infrastructure, we recommend an uncomplicated campfire dish for self-catering. (15 euros/person) i.e. we buy the ingredients and prepare everything together.
If you have any special requirements or individual ideas, please feel free to contact us — we will find a suitable solution.
