- Optionally, you can burn your ceramics and glaze them yourself using the Engobe technique (bookable as an add-on):
Scrubbing fire, also known as cookie brandy, allows ceramics to solidify. In addition, we offer the engobe technique, where you can use engobe glazes to paint your finished clay works directly on site. We will fire them twice for you after the engobe glaze and then process them with transparent glaze after the biscuit brand/scrub fire. This also makes your ceramics food safe/waterproof & beautifully shiny. You can buy directly ad-on's or decide in the studio whether you want to take your ceramic works with you in their raw state.
Since you can only enter the building with a transponder, we ask you to arrive punctually.

Who is the class suitable for?
K-STUDIO
Funda will lead the course, she studied visual arts in England & successfully obtained her diploma and master student title at the University of Arts in 2014. A place for all those who need a break from the fast-paced everyday life.
