- 10:00 a.m.: “Team Tasks” module — Communication, Creativity, Responsibility
- 12:00: Lunch break — picnic (not included)
- 13:00: Election workshop:
- Archery: Focus, Balance, Intuition
- Back to basics: experience nature, overcome challenges together
- 3:30 p.m.: Coffee & cake (not included)
- 16:00: Reflection & transfer into everyday life
- 16:30: Conclusion & farewell
