Class description

What is the process?

In our BBQ course, we grill on charcoal, gas, electric and ceramic grills as well as on the cob grill, in the smoker, on the fire ring and the sizzle zone. You will learn about the different grills and the basics of BBQ.
Attention! This is a BBQ class and not a cooking class. We'll get things ready and you'll experience a BBQ course that brings you closer to relaxed BBQ (indirect grilling). So, not a lot of work — great result for your next BBQ party.
We are preparing:

  • pizza
  • fish
  • meats
  • veggies
  • side dishes and
  • a dessert

There are also 2 dips and rice/bulgur salad. Grilling is done directly on the sizzlezone, on the fire ring and on the electric grill.
