What is the process?
We take you into the world of Asian cuisine: Vietnam, China/Japan and Thailand — Asian basics for your yin & yang. It is also about exotics - but above all about the fresh ingredients, the wonderful aromas and the harmony in the preparation. We combine dishes from the wide range of Asian cuisines to create a delicious experience. Don't just dream of ginger, lemongrass, coconut milk, chilli or bamboo sprouts — cook with them.
