For over 890 years, this Franconian winery has been creating fine wines that mature in the deep vaulted cellars below the Würzburg residence. The wines from the VDP winery reflect the typicity of modern Franconian wine. We are pleased that Markus Wicher from the Staatliche Hofkeller Würzburg presents the wines of the winery to you. You will experience a wine tasting with 7 wines and enjoy a 4-course tapas menu:
- Blue tips of Franconian bratwurst in seasoned broth - Zander fillet with mushroom white wine sauce and sauerkraut - Braised ox cheeks with gingerbread red wine sauce, dumpling and red cabbage
- Porches of duck breast with orange sauce, pumpkin and chestnuts
