About this class
Imagine rolling out your mat — and meeting the eagle, the tree, the dolphin, the frog. Each posture is a reminder of how diverse life is. This afternoon, we combine movement with awareness and practice not only for ourselves, but also for the great web of life that sustains us.
What you’ll do in the class
Anna takes you through an inspiring Vinyasa practice that brings to life asanas named after animals and plants. We combine breath and movement, strength and breadth — and are inspired by nature, which resonates in our practice. Between dynamic sequences and quiet moments, there is a feeling of connection: with your body, with the group, with the world beyond the mat.
All proceeds from this hour go entirely to WWF Germany and support specific projects to protect biodiversity.
Who is the class suitable for?
If you understand yoga as a living posture and feel that inner clarity also entails external responsibility, this lesson can reinforce you in that. If you are interested in nature, sustainability and compassion and would like to combine your practice with a greater sense of purpose, you will find a coherent framework here. The lesson is suitable for everyone — all you need is the openness to move and be touched.
