Imagine rolling out your mat under old trees. The canopy of leaves above you, the quiet sound of nature all around you. The soil is alive, the light alternates between sun and shade. You breathe in — and feel everyday life moving farther away. No noise, no distractions — just you, your breath, and movement.
Just getting there becomes part of your break: You follow the majolica trail through the castle garden until the campus opens. Through the gate, you enter a sheltered garden with trees, flowers and a small pond — a place that welcomes you even before the lesson begins.

What to bring to the class
Please wear comfortable yoga or gym clothes that are suitable for the weather. If you want, you can bring something to drink or sunscreen. You can find everything else on campus.
What is included in the class?
At the be yogi Campus & Retreat, everything is prepared for you: Your mat is ready for you and you will receive a warm welcome. After the lesson, there is time for a short exchange in a relaxed atmosphere. You can simply arrive and practice outside.

What you’ll do in the class
In these outdoor classes, you will practice a flowing yoga session that combines movement, breathing and mindfulness. The lesson lasts around 60 minutes and invites you to move your body, deepen your breath and let go of your head.
The practice is clearly guided and at the same time open enough so that you can find your own rhythm. The special environment in the park gives every hour its own character: sometimes quiet and soft, sometimes lively and powerful. The result is a natural, free space in which you feel connected — with yourself, with the group and with the environment.

If you like to practice yoga outside and want to exercise in the fresh air, this format helps you to balance body and mind. If you want to consciously interrupt everyday life and regularly give yourself small breaks in the countryside, you'll find a simple, accessible setting here. The lessons are suitable for all levels — regardless of whether you have initial experience or are starting from scratch.
