Creative sushi course

After a freshly juiced welcome ginger shot together, we will first look at the basics of traditional Japanese sushi production, from preparing rice to the classic basic forms.

Our creative approach includes the selection and combination of ingredients, technical instructions, and serving the plates.

We only use top-quality fish and organically grown fruit, vegetables and wild herbs. This is our top priority and offers us the best basis for original, sometimes rethought sushi variations.

We also serve a Japanese starter together and make various dips.
