In this sushi cooking class in Düsseldorf, you will learn step by step how to prepare sushi yourself. After a welcome smoothie, you will receive an introduction to the basics of sushi making and learn how to season and prepare sushi rice perfectly.
You will then learn different rolling techniques and prepare different sushi variations. With fresh ingredients and helpful tips, you can also make sushi at home.
Together, we filet fish that comes directly from the market in France and use it to prepare our own sashimi as a short intermediate course. We enjoy this with wasabi freshly grated from the root in a relaxed atmosphere.
