In this special cooking class in Berlin, we will take you on a culinary journey to Jerusalem. Together, we create a creative, vegetarian menu that combines oriental spices, seasonal ingredients and modern interpretations.

🍏 Apple and onion salad with sumac and bright pomegranate seeds
