What you’ll do in the class
Location: 15864 Am Scharmützelsee - meeting point -
parking lot Oberberg clinics
We start at 11:00am at the parking lot with a hike into nature towards Springsee. During the hike, your physical perception will be trained for your energy centers, your body and your feelings. You can feel nature on all levels. Experience spiritual forest bathing, energy work, chakra healing and let go of what can go. During a picnic together, we start a color sound session with didgeridoo sound and crystal bowl sounds in the world of light beings with a live message. After a joint closing ritual, the workshop will end at 4.30 p.m.
