About this class
The art of baking bread — homemade from scratch
This course gives you the opportunity to learn the art of sourdough from the ground up and develop an understanding of fermentation, ripening and aromatic development. After a joint presentation and introduction, you will taste various sourdough breads and sharpen your senses of taste, Kruste und Krume. We then go into practice and prepare a sourdough dough together, which you can take home and bake there.
