About this class
An hour to let go: Gentle yin yoga meets the soothing vibrations of Tibetan singing bowls and other fine instruments. We stay in calm postures longer, breathe softer and give the nervous system the chance to sink into a regenerative state. The sounds help you to relax even deeper, to feel inner silence and to collect new energy — quiet, sonorous and soothing at the same time.
What you’ll do in the class
- Arrival & grounding: Calm start, breath perception, brief orientation.
- Yin practice: Longer, gentle positions with bolsters, pillows & blankets — time to feel, without pressure.
- Sound journey: Delicate sounds from singing bowls and selected instruments accompany the postures; the vibrations promote depth and meditative peace.
- Optional: On request, singing bowls can be carefully placed on the clothed body (only with your consent).
- Integration: Silent afterrest/Shavasana, slow return.
We practice in a specially protected setting: small group (max. 8), warm room with wooden floors and high-quality equipment — undisturbed, supported, safe.
Who is the class suitable for?
For anyone who wants to relax, regulate and unwind — even without previous yoga knowledge. Ideal if you want to balance a busy everyday life, reduce stress and deepen your body awareness. The intensity is always adjustable; you decide how far you go.
Note: Sound work does not replace medical treatment, but can be experienced as a gentle addition to personal self-care.
