In the Sleep & Relax course in Münsing, you will learn how to sustainably improve your sleep with essential oils and targeted relaxation exercises. Together, you will work out evening rituals that lead to peace and make your personal sleep roller — your fragrant companion for restful nights. A kinesiological balance exercise and gentle breathing techniques support your relaxation. This evening is your invitation to let go and establish new sleeping habits.

- Welcome and introduction to sleep & essential oils
- Presentation and use of relaxing oils
- Carrying out a kinesiological balance exercise
- Making the personal sleep roller
- Gentle breathing and relaxation exercises to do at home
- Final round with tips for the evening routine
