As adults, we often say “I can't paint, I don't have talent”! But the reality is totally different - everyone can paint and can be creative, even you, when given the right environment and tools! In a creative atmosphere, you'll learn about texturing paste and painting and create your own artwork (on a 40 x 30 cm canvas) while gaining insights into color, composition and image development. You'll feel like a child again. But the main goal is to experience the creative flow, let go of perfectionism and have a good time.
Join us for an inspiring night of art, wine and creative expression! Discover the secrets of working with texturing paste and design your own work of art according to your wishes and ideas. There are no limits! You can even bring your own art motif that you would wish to recreate.
In this workshop, you'll work with texturing paste, which you can use to add depth and dimension to your images. You also learn how to color the paste by working with acrylic paints and markers (optional).
As you explore the diverse world of textured painting, enjoy a delightful selection of wines and small appetizers. Our evening promises not only the joy of creativity but also a relaxed and social atmosphere.

What you’ll do in the class
- After a warm welcome and choosing your favorite wine, Ilinca, your workshop facilitator with extensive experience and a lot of patience and empathy, will give you an introduction to the materials and techniques.
- You will learn how to artfully apply and distribute the texturing paint onto the canvas using the spatulas and other tools. First, you will get used to the paste and experiment on a different piece of paper.
- You will learn how to mix and match different colors and how to work in layers so that your painting looks very cohesive.
- You will be supported and guided throughout the whole process step by step. Ilinca will be always on your side with tips and tricks so you will feel confident enough to create your masterpiece.
