About this experience
In our self-defense courses for women, you will learn how to move confidently and confidently in everyday life — both verbally and physically. The aim of the courses is to train attention, to promote a confident appearance and to be able to use effective self-protection techniques.
Among other things, you will learn:
- Set and respect limits
- identify dangers and react correctly
- use self-protection techniques (grip releases, levers)

The echt.stark academy is a place where people can rediscover their physical and mental strength. In a protected environment, we help women and girls build up more self-confidence, security and inner strength. Our courses combine movement, awareness and personal development. Each unit is structured in a practical way and takes place in small groups with personal support. In an appreciative atmosphere, we will accompany you step by step on your journey to greater safety.
Who is it suitable for
women aged 18 to 99 years. It is not about athletic performance, so no special fitness is necessary. You can book alone or with one or more girlfriends.
