- Lohikeitto — a warming Finnish salmon soup with dill and potatoes
- Hasselbackspotatis — crispy baked potatoes the Swedish way
- Smørrebrød — Danish, open sandwiches with shrimp & egg, avocado & egg and roast beef with caramelized onions
- Rødkålssalat — bright red cabbage salad with a Nordic twist
- Mustikkapiirakka — traditional Finnish blueberry cake
- Fried brunost with berries — a sweet-salty dessert with Norway's famous brown cheese
