About this class
During the Indian cooking class in Berlin, you will embark on a culinary journey through the diverse regions of India. Whether it's spicy tandoori chicken from the north, vegetarian biryani from the south, or sweet desserts from East India — each region brings its own flavors, ingredients and cooking techniques.
In three hours, you will learn how to use the typical spices of Indian cuisine in a targeted manner to create dishes with intensive flavor profiles. Among other things, you prepare homemade naan, red lentil dal, Goa-style fish curry or vegetable pakoras. Lassi, chutneys and raita are also on the program. All ingredients and drinks are included, a cooking apron is provided and you will receive the recipes to cook at home.

- Presentation of typical ingredients & spices
- Explanation of regional differences
- Cooking various dishes together (e.g. curries, dal, chutneys)
- Tasting of all dishes in a relaxed atmosphere
- You will then receive recipes to cook at home
