About this class
Description: The Acro Yoga Level I class is for you if you're looking for a solid introduction to Acro Yoga. You will learn the basic positions Front Plank, Front Bird, Back Bird, Straddled Throne, Throne, Reverse Side Star, Forward Side Star, Star, Mary and a few more, which complement this series wonderfully. You will also learn the first transitions between positions here. This class gets you ready for Acro Yoga Level II, for which being able to base, fly and scoff at these positions is a prerequisite.
What you’ll do in the class
Procedure: 3 minutes of welcome circle, 10 minutes of warmup, 60 minutes of lifting figures, 10 minutes of cooldown, 7 minutes of meditation in the final circle.
Who is the class suitable for?
Suitable for: This class is for you if you're looking for a solid introduction to Acro Yoga. There is none too small, too big, too weak, too strong, too flexible, too inflexible. All body and fitness levels are welcome.
