You'll get an insight into:
- Supportive acrobatics Together we try out different positions and you get to know the 3 roles Flyer, Base and Spotter.
- Listen & Fly To get back down and move on to relaxation, we'll show you some relaxing Acro Yoga positions.
- Thai Massage Find out how you can loosen your counterpart's legs, hips and shoulders with a few simple steps.
- Meditation At the end of the workshop, we will take time to meditate together.
