Get to know Forest Flow Berlin

After more than 15 years of intensive work in cultural and economic contexts, including many years in management positions, I know from personal experience what it means to be subject to high demands on a daily basis. I know the dynamics, the responsibility, the time pressure — and also the question of how we can remain internally stable, healthy and connected in the midst of this pace.

A formative part of my professional journey was working with Laura Malina Seiler, with whom I built up Malia Verlag over the years — a publishing house that specializes in personal development, mindfulness and spirituality. This time has heightened my awareness of how powerful inner work, mental health, and spiritual practice are for a fulfilling life.

In parallel, I worked on stress reduction, mindfulness and regenerative lifestyles for many years. I was particularly influenced by my continuing education in the areas of sustainability, permaculture and the understanding of nature as our symbiotic counterpart. The deeper I delved into these topics, the clearer it became to me: Nature not only offers us relaxation, but also orientation, resonance and genuine regeneration.

Today I combine my professional experience in project and sustainability management with my passion for forest bathing (Shinrin Yoku), connecting with nature and holistic stress prevention. In my offerings, I help people, teams and organizations find spaces of peace, clarity and self-perception in the forest — and thus enable sustainable changes in everyday life.
