Bread & Blossom: Bakery in Taufkirchen

I am Marzena Wiatrok — wild herb teacher and medicinal plant expert with a passion for everything that grows outside and nourishes us. Since my first wild herb hike in 2020, I have studied regional wild plants intensively. In 2021 I obtained the qualification as a wild herb teacher, followed in 2022 by further training as a medicinal plant expert at Michaela Marx's Nature Academy. I believe that knowledge about herbs and plants must not only be valuable, but also close to life.

My workshops combine this plant knowledge with the ancient craft of baking bread: I'll show you the basics of healthy, delicious bread and the use of wild herbs — regionally, seasonally and mindfully. In my beautiful surroundings, you will experience: How to recognize the aromas of herbs, how to properly feel bread dough, how baking heals — and how the connection to nature strengthens you.
