Super good fish, very delicious 😋
Very good but somewhat lengthy introduction to tuna and salmon cutting techniques.
All very good ingredients. Well prepared. Everything is beautifully presented.
Everyone was involved in the various work processes. It was fun.
They only ate at half past 21:30.

We had a really great time!
We spent our team event with you and had a really good time. At first we thought that the kitchen was too small for 13 people, but because of the proximity, we noticed a lot of what the others were doing. Finn did an excellent job and we felt very comfortable.
