With the DIY cocoa ritual box, you can experience a very personal and profound cocoa ceremony. You will learn how to properly prepare high-quality raw cocoa from South America in order to develop the full, nourishing effect. You perform the ritual in a calm, mindful atmosphere, using cocoa as a remedy and heart opener — perfect for consciously pausing and connecting with yourself.
Preparation:
Look for a nice, quiet place in your apartment — a small place of strength — where you are as undisturbed as possible and can really make yourself comfortable for the cocoa ceremony.
It's best to have a cuddly blanket, warm socks, a candle and a glass of water ready. I also recommend a notepad and a pen so that you can record your impulses and insights immediately after the dream trip.
In your cocoa package, you will find detailed instructions on how to best prepare your raw cocoa. If you want, you can also keep the cocoa warm in a thermos so that it stays at a pleasant temperature during the ceremony.
