About this class

The day is slowly coming to an end. The sounds get quieter, the light softer. You lie in a yin position, feel your breath — and notice how your system starts to switch over. Away from functioning, towards regeneration. This hour is a conscious invitation to your nervous system to realign.

What you’ll do in the class

Ulrike will first guide you through a quiet yin practice, in which the postures are held longer and your body gets time to let go of tensions. The focus is deliberately on the nervous system: How does your body react to stress? What does regulation mean on a physiological level? And how can slow stretching, conscious breathing and targeted relaxation support your system?

In the second part, Ulrike takes you on a deep yoga nidra sequence — a guided relaxation journey that leads your nervous system into a state of sustainable regeneration.

As a lecturer in anatomy and physiology in be yogi training, she combines precise knowledge of the human body with mindful practice. Her experience and profound understanding of correlations are evident in every guide — clear, calm and competent.

The studio offers a sheltered, warm space where you can let go and really recharge your batteries.

Who is the class suitable for?

If you often feel exhausted, have a lot of responsibility or notice that your system is constantly energized, this hour helps you to consciously find a state of deep recovery.

Even if you are interested in the physiological background of yoga or would like to experience how anatomical knowledge is integrated into a quiet practice, this is the right place for you. No previous experience is necessary — just come and let yourself be guided.

What to bring to the class

Comfortable yoga or sports clothes are enough, and if you like, bring something to drink. We don't need yoga mats or tools — we move freely around the room.

What is included in the class?

In the be yogi studio, everything is prepared for you: We provide you with all the tools, such as blankets and meditation cushions, for final relaxation. You can also expect a warm cup of tea and time for your questions or a brief exchange in a relaxed atmosphere. You can simply arrive and enjoy.
