What you’ll do in the class
The 2 1/2 hour sushi class will give you an introduction to the world of sweet sushi. Together, you will make and prepare sweet sushi yourself. Our sweet sushis are not only vegan but also gluten-free:
- The sushi course starts with a cocoa ceremony — let yourself be surprised!
- Next, you will get an introduction to how to roll and prepare rice correctly
- Together, you will then prepare various vegan sushi variations with fruits
- Finally, you can of course taste your own sushi creations
