What you’ll do in the class

We start all our cooking coaching sessions in the dining room, this time with an olfactory spice journey and untypical German coffee - made from lupine. You can also try freshly made plant milk.
We then board the kitchen and start with creamy mozzarella - without milk. We process this into a completely reinterpreted Caprese.
Then we let the pasta machine glow. You can make your own dumplings, super delicious - gluten-free.
At the end of the menu, we will prepare an airy whipped dessert together - without eggs. How we make such a heavenly light foam without any protein - let yourself be surprised!
