I cordially invite you to the Women's Circle in Berlin — an evening full of presence, compassion and community to ground yourself, cultivate self-love and nourish your nervous system. As you deepen your connection to your body, you will feel more connected to yourself and build resilience and inner strength.
What you’ll do in the class
This is what you can expect:
- Relax and let go: I'll guide you through a series of somatic exercises to ground yourself and reconnect with body awareness.
- New energy through somatic movement and breathing: Experience a Fluentbody™ session and explore yourself through movement, conscious breathing and physical sensations.
- Care through conscious touch: I guide you through partner exercises to share warm and generous touches so that you feel seen and held.
