In a direct comparison, you will try different pieces of beef and pork and experience for yourself how breed, husbandry and maturing processes affect taste. Find out first-hand which characteristic properties the various cuts reveal and what effects they have on preparation and taste. The culinary highlight of the evening is achieved with the tasting of an original Spanish Rubia Gallega steak. This beef is considered by connoisseurs to be the best in the world.
