At Steak Tasting, we take you on a culinary journey through the world of fine meat.
What is the process?
In a direct comparison, you can try different pieces of Duroc pork and experience for yourself how breed, husbandry and ripening processes affect the taste. Learn the 6 most important properties that influence your meat. The steak tasting is carried out in a rustic atmosphere right in the 120-year-old slaughterhouse. Of course, this includes a guided tour of the slaughterhouse with exclusive insights. Find out first-hand which characteristic properties the various cuts reveal and what effects they have on preparation and taste. Let yourself be guided through the evening in a relaxed atmosphere with expert advice and become a steak expert with our event!

The tasting is for all steak lovers and those who want to become one. It doesn't matter whether you have already gained experience with the fine Duroc meat or are still a bloody beginner.
