What you’ll do in the class
In this self-catering workshop, I'll show you how to make optimal use of your garden or balcony at the current time of year and how to grow your own vegetables sustainably. Together, we process freshly harvested produce into small treasures for:
1. 🥫 Your pantry — for long-term self-sufficiency
2. 🌼 Your medicine cabinet with natural products
3. ✨ Lovely home decoration made from home-grown plants
After a tour of our 1400 m² garden — including a visit to the chickens 🐓 — you will learn what is happening in the vegetable and perennial bed: What can you plant, care for or harvest? This is how you plan your personal gardening year for sustainable self-sufficiency.
Then get creative: You process your crops into pastes, teas, oils, ointments, decorations and small delicacies — perfect for making the best possible use of the harvest.
In the end, you will not only learn how to take care of yourself in the garden, but also your homemade products!
There is a welcome drink, snacks and you can help yourself at the candy bar and drinks of your choice at any time.
Who is the class suitable for?
Everyone who likes to try something new, is more or less creative and needs a little break. It is also suitable for people who like to meet new people.
You can also book a group appointment on Saturdays. Whether for a JGA, a corporate event or a birthday. Just make an appointment request.:)
