What you’ll do in the class
🍵 Create workshop tea blends — your personal herbal teas
Dive into the fascinating world of herbs and create your own personal tea blends in a relaxed atmosphere! In this workshop, you will choose from a variety of dried herbs and berries and put together four themed teas — for example, a relaxing “good night tea”, an invigorating morning mix or a soothing herbal blend for the cold season.
You will gain insights into the basics of herbal medicine and learn which plant has which effect. You can collect fresh herbs from the garden directly on site and experience them with all your senses — smell, taste and feel.
