In this three-hour paper mache taster workshop, you will learn all the steps of papier-mache sculpture: wire frame as a basic shape, build up volume with newspaper & paste, make papier-mache dough and model and design your little figure or object. You're taking home a finished work.

What you’ll do in the class
1. Wire & basic shape: We start with a wire frame as the basic shape of your figure or object.
2. Build up vlumens: With newspaper & paste, we build up volume and close gaps — this creates a stable basis.
3. Short drying time (approx. 15—30 min.)
4. Make papier-mâché dough: from cooked newspaper and wallpaper paste.
Stabilize, model & design the surface — form, expression and details are created.
