About this class
Learn longboard basics from an experienced athlete. Pushing, braking and cornering will no longer be a problem for you afterwards. Learn together with others and discover the joy of skating!
What you’ll do in the class
First, you'll get a theoretical introduction to longboarding: I'll tell you where it comes from and what riding styles there are. You'll get to know the different board shapes and what to look for when buying your first board.
After a short warm-up period, we will start pushing. Once you've built up a bit of board feel, we'll start braking right away, which definitely takes the most time. To finally relieve you, we will make curves and slalom. You will also learn some tricks and tricks that will help you get smoother on the board and generally loosen up.
A final round of questions will then answer any remaining questions before you are ready to conquer the roads alone in the future!
Who is the class suitable for?
The course is suitable for children over 6 years of age and adults (no age limit). You don't need any previous experience, the course is specifically designed for newbies.
