Unfortunately, the agreements were not kept. We had asked that a few bruschettes be ready when the group arrived. That was not the case and so we only got something to eat for the first time after 90 minutes, i.e. around 20:00. The main course wasn't ready until around 22:00, which might be Italian, but much too late. We died of hunger. Nonetheless, the course instructor appeared somewhat unstructured and chaotic. He also asked for a round of introductions, even though we all knew each other. It ignored our suggestion that this idea was not necessary and persistently continued to ask what who works and where he comes from. We had communicated that we had a firm end because a driver had to bring us back to the hotel. But the end was also delayed by 30 minutes, so that the driver was already angry. Only our insistence that we had to stop led to relent and to the concession that we no longer had to clean up the kitchen and clean up the dishwasher. In our opinion, the organization and implementation are not professional and deficient. The food itself is delicious and sufficient in quantity. But that doesn't really distract from anger either. Too bad. We won't be coming back. For data protection reasons, we are unable to provide pictures as it was a company event with employees.
