Letter or number cake (depending on the shape) is one of the trends in confectionery. This type of cake offers many ways to be creative in terms of shape, design and decoration. Whether for a birthday, wedding, anniversary or simply to make yourself happy.
In this course, you will learn how to make your own winter-flavored letter cake from A to Z. This includes making the sponge cake and filling cream, cutting the bases into shape to your desired shape, assembling and decorating the cake.
You are also welcome to bring templates (maximum DIN A4 size) for the shape. Creativity is welcome!
