About this class
When you enter the room, it gets quieter. The breath arrives, the body follows. This lesson is not about speed or flow, but about consciously staying in the postures — clear, stable and supported by attention. A practice that takes you back to the roots of yoga.
What you’ll do in the class
In this special class, you will practice a classic Hatha yoga practice with calm asanas, conscious orientation and clearly guided breathing. The postures are held longer, giving you time to really set yourself up, track down, and refine your orientation.
The lesson is part of yoga teacher training and is accordingly precisely and well-founded. You will get insights into the basics that are also taught during training — understandable, structured and directly experienced in your own body. At the same time, the studio creates a quiet, concentrated space that helps you dive deeper into your practice.
