It's not just water and paint that want to flow... With the help of sound, meditation and artistic techniques, we leave our well-planned everyday life. It is about not working in a results-oriented manner, but trusting the process of development. The sounds of the singing bowls cause the body's water content to vibrate. What you’ll do in the class
You will receive an introduction to watercolor painting, try out easy techniques and get a feel for using paint & water. After the break, we start with a guided meditation. On a tapestry of sound, you flow into your inner studio, where you can show yourself what you want to express. Nothing needs to be perfect here. Rather, it is about observing color games, progressions, moods, experimental freedom with open results. Step by step, we are researching how this can be achieved.
