The trip starts centrally in Heidelberg and is designed according to your wishes — for special moments on the water.
What you’ll do in the class
The course takes place on board the yacht in a relaxed and enjoyable atmosphere. After a brief welcome and introduction to the world of cheese and wine, participants enjoy a carefully coordinated cheese and wine tasting session — in line with previously agreed wishes and preferences.
I personally accompany the tasting as a cheese sommelier, give exciting background information about the varieties, countries of origin, combinations and special features and am happy to answer questions. Guests are given tasting tables and taste cards to record their impressions.
While driving on the Neckar, there is a unique panorama with views of Heidelberg Castle and the surrounding vineyards — a delightful experience for all senses.
