Cheese Casino — this is an entertaining tasting game where guests can try and guess different types of cheese:
— Which country does the cheese come from?
— What milk is it made from?
— Or is it a cheddar or camembert?
After all “bets” have been placed, I'll tell you more about the cheese I've just tasted.
Specially selected wine is served with the cheeses.
The participant with the most correct answers receives a gift!
No previous experience is required for the cheese casino.
It is not a game of chance for money, but an entertaining event with special and unusual types of cheese.

What you’ll do in the class
You try out different types of cheese, give your tips — origin, type of milk, type of cheese — and then find out exciting information about the respective cheese. Appropriate wine accompanies the tasting. Whoever has the most correct answers wins a gift.

Aleksandr Krupetskov (founder of the Cheese Addiction Project) is a cheese sommelier with over 10 years of experience. He graduated from the British Cheese Academy (level 1 & 2) and is a wine sommelier (Enotria Wine School).
