During the Ligurian cooking class at cookingberlin, you will bring the culinary treasures of the Italian Riviera to the plate. In Liguria, the focus is on regionality — homemade pesto, vegetable dishes and potato creations are served under the motto “nostrano”. In three hours, you will cook together with other typical Ligurian recipes: aromatic, light and full of Mediterranean flavors. Whether as a pizza topping, in pasta sauce or stuffed — vegetables and potatoes play the main role here. Drinks, rental aprons and recipes are included.
