Together, we explore the garden and dedicate ourselves intensively to comfrey: You will learn to recognize the plant safely, understand its typical characteristics and learn interesting facts about its diverse healing effects.
A special highlight: You become active yourself. We dig up comfrey roots together — the heart of the plant — and you take your own comfrey plant home to continue growing in the garden or on the balcony. Comfrey is perennial and gives you its valuable properties over many years.
In the practical part, you make your own comfrey ointment. You will learn about the various areas of application — from caring for stressed skin to helping with muscle and joint problems.
