About this experience
We will host your event in our premises with up to 60 people and 5 simulators. On request, we can put together a comprehensive supporting program for you.
What can you expect in the flight simulator in Frankfurt am Main?
In the simulators, up to 4 pilots are actively sitting in each cockpit. As a rule, each participant gets at least 10-12 minutes as an active pilot (pilot flying and flight captain) and 10-12 minutes as a co-pilot (pilot monitoring) and the same amount of time again as a direct observer in the cockpit. During flight time, we guarantee every pilot a takeoff and at least one landing. The program is flexible — we adapt the scenarios and flight time per participant to your wishes and ideas. Depending on the size of the group, at least 1-2 instructors per simulator will supervise you.
Your other guests, who are not currently taking part in the flight action, will be entertained in front of the simulators with exciting program items related to aviation. Of course, you can also incorporate your own highlights and framework conditions into the planning. Depending on the size of the group, we offer conference and banquet seating with a projection area for your own lectures. For major events, we can also reserve nearby meeting rooms for your speakers or seminars.
A real flight attendant cares about the physical well-being of your guests. There are numerous options to choose from: Our caterer can provide you with light finger food, coffee and cake or complete menus on request. We are also happy to make a reservation for you at one of the numerous restaurants in the area.
To further upgrade your event, you can add additional highlights. For example, you have the opportunity to get to know Germany's largest airport from a whole new perspective on a private and individual airport tour. There are numerous interesting tours to choose from.
Depending on the number of people, it is also possible to divide the program.

Reception for your group in the simulator center with a brief presentation of the process, the trainers and the simulator technology. On request, with a welcome drink or catering option.
Introduction to the world of aviation
Exciting background information: How does an airplane work? What happens in the cockpit? Why is flying so safe?
Flight missions in the simulator (alternately) Each
participant can enter the cockpit themselves — as a pilot or co-pilot. The others watch the flight live on the screen and cheer on.
Possible scenarios: scheduled flight, night flight, emergency situations, desired airports worldwide
Team challenges & mini competitions (optional)
