About this class
In this workshop, you will literally take matters into your own hands: Under guidance, you will model small objects, decorative pieces or unique ceramic pieces with air-drying clay.
Whether elegant bowls, candle holders or small sculptures — you learn the basics of modelling techniques and can experiment freely. With creative tools, stamps and texturing tools, you can put the finishing touches on your pieces. Perfect for switching off, taking a deep breath and creating with your heart and hands.
What you’ll do in the class
— Arrive & dive in: You'll be greeted and given a brief introduction to materials, tools and ideas.
— Clay in your hand: Under guidance, you create your first small objects — from bowls to candle holders to mini sculptures.
— Discover techniques: You'll learn basic modelling methods and can get started right away.
— Live out creatively: With stamps, tools and structures, you can refine your works according to your style.
— Fine-tuning & details: Your pieces get their individual character and finishing touches.
— Relaxed switching off: space to take a deep breath, share and enjoy the creative flow.
— Conclusion: You take your finished unique ceramic items with you — handmade and personal.
