About this experience

How can you reduce stress? How can you recover from stress? How can you sleep better?

The answer to all of these questions is: through conscious breathing.

Your breathing happens all by itself. However, we usually breathe only superficial, very briefly and usually much too fast. When you breathe slowly, deeply, and fully, your nervous system relaxes. Your sympathetic system, which is responsible for activity, comes to rest. Your parasympathetic system, responsible for relaxation and peace, is given space.

A breathwork session gives you the space, time and guidance to focus fully on your breath. You and your breath spend time together, play, (re) get to know each other, connect, hold on.

Discover this valuable method to reduce or prevent stress.

How does this experience take place?

You arrive and look for a place in the room that feels good for you. Mats, blankets, blindfolds, pillows are provided.

We do a short voluntary check-in while sitting down. How are you there today? Do you already have any experience? Are there specific things that need to be discussed?

There is a brief guide and briefing on my part.

You choose whether you want to breathe while sitting or lying down (recommended) and adjust yourself to this position. I will guide you in and through breathing. This takes approx. 1 hour.

  1. Important to know: Emotional processes can occur during breathing. I accompany them mindfully and professionally (I am a trained alternative practitioner for psychotherapy, trauma, addiction and respiratory therapist).

After breathing, there is a voluntary check-out, a small snack and a space for exchange and conversation.
