- Reception with draft beer or Riegele Sprizz (non-alcoholic alternative: yellow keg shower)
- Champagne reception with secco or orange juice (0.1 l glass)

- Barrel bottoms with salami, mozzarella, vegetables
- Pasta from Parmesan
- Selection of meats: Charolais beef tenderloin, tomahawk, brisket, water buffalo
