- Welcome with the Lauterbacher Sprizz cocktail (non-alcoholic alternative: yellow barrel shower)
- Reception in a rustic hut setting
- Selection of starters including homemade pickled duck breast with apple sauce
- Broccoli cream soup with pineapple notes
- Main course of your choice:
- Sommerpfandl: ox, chicken skewer, beef tenderloin, vegetables, gratin
- Winterpfandl: duck breast, brisket, ox, red cabbage, hash browns
- Vegan/vegetarian alternatives available
- Dessert: curd mousse with lukewarm orange ragout
- Beverage packages with beer, wine, soft drinks, hot drinks or optional long drinks
- Use of the alpine hut location for 6 hours (extension possible)
