About this class

Description: Come if you're looking for a solid introduction to Acro Yoga or if you want to deepen or expand your far-reaching skills. It is great if, as a beginner, you have the willingness to be inspired by others and, as an advanced learner, you are also prepared to support beginners on their journey.

What you’ll do in the class

Procedure: 3 minutes of welcome circle, 10 minutes of warmup, 60 minutes of lifting figures, 10 minutes of cooldown, 7 minutes of meditation in the final circle.

Who is the class suitable for?

Suitable for: The Acro yoga class is open to everyone. Note especially for beginners: There is no such thing as too small, too big, too weak, too strong, too flexible, too inflexible. All body and fitness levels are welcome.

Bring along: You are very welcome to come alone, but you can also bring friends, family or partner with you. You also need comfortable clothes.
