You practice simple mindfulness techniques and meditations that are easy to integrate into everyday working life. You don't need any additional time for this, but above all attention for short breaks during the day.

- How to develop composure when dealing with thoughts
- How to strengthen patience with yourself and others
- How to interrupt the autopilot more often in everyday life
- Mindfulness techniques for your everyday life
- Meditation and conscious recovery
Each unit combines theory, exchange and practice. This leaves room for individual questions.

The course is suitable for adults between 25 and 70 years of age who want to deal with stress more calmly. You don't need any previous knowledge.
